Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a PRN role at our Naples SNF.

Join Solaris HealthCare North Naples and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to help residents regain function and independence through skilled PTA services. Applicants should have an accredited PTA program, Florida PTA license (or eligibility), and SNF/post-acute experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
