Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our Stuart, FL SNF location. You will provide skilled PTA services to residents and support the rehab team in achieving functional goals.

The role offers a flexible PRN schedule, competitive pay, and modern therapy facilities within Solaris HealthCare Parkway's SNF setting. Florida PTA license or license-eligible is required, SNF/post-acute experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
