Job summary

Step Up Rehab is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our Stuart, FL facility. The PTA will provide skilled therapy services to SNF residents in a dedicated therapy gym, working within Solaris HealthCare Parkway and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualified candidates hold an accredited PTA credential and Florida PTA license (or eligibility). SNF experience is preferred; strong documentation skills are a plus. We offer competitive pay and a supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
