Job summary

Hireology is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehab team on a PRN basis. You will support residents to improve mobility, strength, and quality of life under PT supervision.

Active Texas PTA licensure is required; SNF or long-term care experience is preferred. You will document care using Net Health and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to tailor plans of care and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license is required.
• SNF/long-term care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of PT treatment practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer PT treatments under PT supervision.
• Provide skilled PT services per physician orders.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to adjust plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust as needed.
• Educate patients, families and caregivers on care plans.
