Job summary

Concept Rehab, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Adrian, Missouri team in a skilled nursing setting. This full-time role focuses on helping patients regain mobility, balance, and independence under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

You will document progress, collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and families to achieve the best outcomes, and contribute to a supportive, therapist-driven culture that promotes education and growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Missouri PTA license (or eligible for licensure).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, balance, strength, and functional independence.
