Compass Post-Acute Center in Conway, SC, is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehab program. The role involves screening and evaluating patients, delivering skilled therapies, and coordinating discharge planning to support geriatric recovery in a post-acute setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Administer procedures as part of rehabilitation plan: manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, devices, wound care.
• Provide consultation to patients, families, caregivers, and other providers.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries meeting regulatory requirements.
