Job summary

Coral Desert Rehabilitation in St. George, UT is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for our in-house rehab program. This role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work with a dedicated geriatric care team.

You will screen patients, develop plans of care, administer ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, and document progress in the medical record. Licensure as a Physical Therapist is required; all experience levels are welcome.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with current license in good standing.
• Open to applicants of all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders and develop plan of care.
• Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment interventions per regulatory requirements.
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities and use of devices.
• Assess progress and adjust treatments in clinical records.
