Responsibilities

• Screen/evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL disorders and develop plan of care following standards.
• Use standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative and medically necessary treatment per regulatory requirements.
• Administer procedures as part of rehab plan (ADL retraining, exercises, modalities, assistive devices).
• Assess progress and adjust treatments in the clinical record.
