Palm Shores Behavioral Health Center in Bradenton, FL, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN shifts from 7 am to 7 pm to support adolescent behavioral health services. The RN will provide nursing care on a designated unit, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and may assume Charge Nurse responsibilities as required.

Required are Florida RN licensure and ADN/ASN, with BSN preferred; psychiatric experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: ADN or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Licensure: Florida RN license.
• Experience: Psychiatric setting experience preferred.
• Physical: ability to assist with restraints and crisis management.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional nursing care on a designated unit per plan of care.
• Coordinate, delegate, and document nursing care with the multidisciplinary team.
• Promote patient safety and quality care; assume Charge Nurse duties as needed.
