Job summary

SynergenX-Low-T is seeking a PRN Mid-Level Provider (PA/NP/APRN/FNP) in Indianapolis, IN to deliver patient-focused care in a fast-paced clinic focused on hormone replacement, weight management, and wellness. You’ll work with our Medical Director and Center Director to provide high-quality care and build strong patient relationships.

• Current DEA license required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Comfortable in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems.
• Must be available for 2 full weeks of paid training, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

PRN Schedule

This position is primarily scheduled PRN in Indianapolis, with floating to Greenwood and Carmel as needed.

• Minimum 2 shifts per month
• 3 Saturdays during months with 5 Saturdays

Clinic Hours

• Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed
