Job summary

SynergenX Health is seeking a PRN Mid-Level Provider in Indianapolis to deliver patient-centered care in a dynamic, fast-paced clinic. You will work closely with the Medical Director to evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and educate patients about options in hormone replacement, weight management, and wellness.

The role requires Indiana NP or PA licensure, a current DEA license, and a patient-first mindset.

PRN Mid-Level Provider – Indianapolis, IN

$1,500 BONUS!

Half paid out after 30 days and other half paid after 90 days!

PRN Schedule

This position is primarily scheduled PRN in Indianapolis, with floating to Greenwood and Carmel as needed.

• Minimum 2 shifts per month
• 3 Saturdays during months with 5 Saturdays

Clinic Hours

• Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed
