SynergenX – Dallas is seeking a PRN Mid-Level Provider (NP/PA) to join our energetic, patient-focused team. You’ll work with physicians and center directors to deliver hormone replacement, weight management, and wellness care in a fast-paced clinic.

Ideal candidates are friendly, energetic, and able to explain medical information clearly. Location flexibility across multiple Dallas-area clinics and paid training are part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Active Texas NP or PA license in good standing, unencumbered and without disciplinary action.
  • Current DEA license.
  • Current Controlled Substance License.

Responsibilities

  • Provide patient-focused care within established clinical protocols.
  • Evaluate patients and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Educate patients about their health, treatment options, and wellness goals.
  • Build genuine relationships and establish trust with patients.
  • Explain medical information and treatment plans in an understandable way.
  • Collaborate with Physician Medical Directors and Center Directors.
  • Work closely with clinic staff to maintain an efficient patient experience.
  • Utilize technology and electronic systems to manage patient care.
  • Help create a welcoming, high-energy clinic environment.

PRN Mid-Level Provider

You'll work alongside our Physician Medical Directors and Center Directors to provide patient-focused care in hormone replacement, weight management, and targeted wellness.

Required Qualifications
  • Active Texas NP or PA license in good standing, unencumbered and without disciplinary action
  • Current DEA license
  • Current Controlled Substance License
  • Must be willing and able to work at our Southlake, Plano, Frisco, Rockwall, McKinney, Walnut Hill, and Prosper locations as needed
  • Available to work:
    • Minimum 2 weekdays per month
    • 2 Saturdays per 4-week month
    • 3 Saturdays per 5-week month
    • Saturday hours: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
  • Must be available for 10 consecutive weekdays of training (2 full weeks) following clinic hours
Paid Training

We provide 2 full weeks of paid training!

You'll receive hands‑on training covering our clinical protocols, systems, workflows, and patient experience standards.

Clinic Hours
  • Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
  • Sunday: Closed

Clinics are closed from 1:00 PM–2:00 PM for lunch.
