Qualifications

• Two (2) years post-residency clinical experience in an outpatient/inpatient setting.
• Licensed in the state of employment.
• Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and applicable certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical health through examinations and diagnostic procedures.
• Provide oversight for documentation and outside referrals.
• Perform minor medical procedures such as sutures and IV placement.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff and provide education to patients.
