Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a physician to provide outpatient care across multiple Texas clinic locations. You will manage medical histories, coordinate preventive care and referrals while contributing to overall care strategy.

This patient-facing role requires strong clinical judgment and a willingness to travel between sites. The position is PRN with direct W-2 employment, typically Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with preference for at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• Must hold MD or DO and be licensed in the state.
• Board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Willing to travel between assigned clinic locations.
• PRN Physician opportunity with direct W-2 employment.
• Clinic hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; prefer 3 days/week.

The Physician focuses on outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention. Keeps a medical history and medical records. Refers the patient to specialists as needed. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 or more years of technical experience
• Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
• Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university
• Prefer Internal Medicine specialty
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
• This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of two+ years of experience
• 1+ years of experience managing Medicare Advantage panel of patients
• Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and coverage.
• Knowledge of HEDIS quality indicators.

• PRN Physician opportunity covering three outpatient clinic locations
• Direct W-2 employment with the organization (not a 1099 position)
• Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Preferred availability of at least three days per week
• Schedule based on clinic coverage needs; hours are not guaranteed
• Must be willing to travel between assigned clinic locations

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$310,000 - $368,500 per year
