Step Up Brighton Bay Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy within a SNF, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve residents' function and quality of life.

The PRN role offers increased rates when medical benefits are waived, with a supportive leadership team, modern rehab gyms, and a positive culture. Eligible Florida PTA license required or license-eligible; SNF/post-acute experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
