What You Will Do

1. Provide compassionate care in a team setting.
2. Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing the patient's Care Plan and help patients participate in tasks to improve their performance.
3. Communicate patient progress or issues to the team; assist with scheduling and documentation.
4. Document patient care according to regulatory and organizational standards.
5. Educate family members or nursing staff on follow-through programs.
6. Maintain equipment and work environment safety and cleanliness.
7. Adhere to company policies, professional standards, and legal requirements.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
