About the Role

Arbor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Physical Therapist Assistant to provide rehabilitation services at one of our locations. The PTA will deliver physical therapy treatments to help patients increase their independence and functioning under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Implement the patient's individualized treatment plan as established by the primary Physical Therapist.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to implement programs tailored to each patient's needs and capabilities.
• Assist the Physical Therapist during tests, evaluations, and complex procedures.
• Instruct patients, families, and caregivers in skills and techniques of the physical therapy program under supervision.

Requirements

• Valid license to practice physical therapy.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities preferred.
