Job summary

Eduro Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to support rehabilitation in a Billings, MT facility. This in-person, PRN role focuses on geriatric care, mobility improvement, and coordinated team-based patient care.

You will evaluate conditions, develop rehab plans, and help residents regain function while complying with infection-control policies and privacy standards. Hours are Monday through Friday with daily patient interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience working with geriatric patients is a plus.
• Must hold current PTA license in the state employed.
• Health screening and TB test within two weeks of employment.
• Familiar with local, state, and federal regulations relating to the job.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate a Resident’s condition and develop an appropriate physical rehabilitation plan.
• Help Residents to improve their mobility.
• Assist Residents with tasks and monitor their performance.
• Inform Residents what to anticipate in different stages of recovery.
• Maintain Resident confidence and protect facility operations by keeping information confidential.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
• Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
• Contribute to inter-disciplinary team efforts in resident care.

Physical Therapy Assistant Job Responsibilities

Physical Therapy Assistant Requirements

• Must hold current and active PTA license or registration in state employed.
• Experience working with geriatric patients is a plus!
• Completion of orientation required by company policy.
• Health screening and TB test within two weeks of employment.
• Become familiar with and comply to all local, state, and federal regulations relating to the job.
• Show within three (3) days of hire satisfactory evidence of identity and eligibility for employment.
