Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited 2-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Current, unencumbered, active Physical Therapy Assistant License is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide physical therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Record treatments given and progress in medical records.
• Coordinate with Restorative Nursing and other care staff to support resident independence and function.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing records and supporting clinical documentation.
• Maintain compliance with facility education, training, and competence programs.
• Perform screening rounds as directed to assess needs and safety.
