Job summary

Genesis Healthcare is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for in-facility care. In this role you will implement physical therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver treatments that help patients regain strength and independence.

As part of the rehab team, you will collaborate with therapists and staff to provide patient-centered care, uphold safety, and support families throughout the recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities per recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to restore patient independence.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to patients and families.
