Memorial Health Meadows Hospital in Vidalia, GA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA) for a PRN role. You will support patient mobility and independence through targeted exercises and collaborative care with supervising PTs.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA) license required.
• BCLS certification within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic exercises and functional training to help patients regain independence and mobility.
• Apply physical therapy techniques and modalities to reduce pain and restore function.
• Monitor patient progress and document responses to ensure safe, effective care.
• Educate patients and families on the use of assistive devices and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with PTs, nurses, aides, and the care team to enhance the patient experience.
