Job summary

Rivetus Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in Troy, MI. This PRN/Contingent role provides hands-on PT services under supervision, helping patients recover in skilled nursing facilities.

You will document care, participate in discharge planning, and collaborate with the department to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Prior Michigan licensure is required; supervision of students may be part of duties.

Qualifications

• Licensure as required by the State of Michigan.
• Eligible to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Michigan.
• Ability to document care accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments according to the established plan.
• Contribute to patient care conferences and program development.
• Complete documentation and maintain medical records per policy.
• Coordinate discharge planning and family instruction as needed.
• Supervise students and volunteers when assigned.
