Rivetus Rehabilitation in Troy, MI provides physical therapy services to geriatric post-acute patients, including assessment and treatment planning. You will participate in patient care conferences, program development, and supervise PTAs and aides as assigned.

Documentation and adherence to policies and current standards are required. This is a contingent/PRN position located in the Troy facility, with opportunities for continuing education and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensure as required by the State of Michigan.
• Supervision of PTAs and aides as assigned.
• Documentation and adherence to standards of clinical practice.

Responsabilités

• Conduct physical therapy screenings and evaluations.
• Provide PT treatment per professional standards.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to maximize independence.
• Provide direct patient care within productivity standards.
• Supervise PTAs and aides as assigned.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Participate in patient care conferences and CQI activities.
• Promote continuing education and in-service programs.
• Coordinate in-service programs and new program development.
