Job summary

Rivetus Rehab in Troy, MI is seeking a Physical Therapist for a contingent/PRN role at 925 West South Boulevard. You will assess, plan, and implement PT services for geriatric post-acute patients in skilled nursing settings.

Qualified candidates have completed an accredited PT program and hold Michigan licensure. Responsibilities include supervision of PTAs, documentation, and participation in ongoing quality improvement and staff development.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensure in Michigan required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct PT screenings and evaluations to determine patient status.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to maximize independence.
• Supervise PTAs and aides as assigned.
• Complete documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
• Participate in patient care conferences and CQI activities.
• Promote ongoing professional development and in-service programs.
