Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Florida. This PRN position supports residents’ functional goals with skilled therapy in a dedicated rehab gym.

You’ll join a team that values quality care and clinician well-being. Responsibilities include providing PTA services, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and documenting care in Net Health.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
