Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Work will occur in the dedicated rehab gym as part of an interdisciplinary team focused on improving safety and quality of life.

PRN position with increased rates when medical benefits are waived. Applicants should be licensed in Florida, with SNF/post-acute experience preferred; Net Health knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
