Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review medical records and obtain pertinent medical history.
• Ensure informed consent to treatment.
• Identify problems needing reassessment and potential treatment plan changes.
• Document patient progress and report to supervising therapist.
• Participate in discharge planning and patient education.
• Maintain patient safety and infection control practices.
