Townsen Memorial Health System, LLC is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, and provide evidence-based PT services. You will work with the PT Director and healthcare team to develop individualized treatment plans that restore function and improve mobility.

The role requires a Texas PT license, BLS, and at least 2 years of hospital experience. You may travel between system locations and support after-hours needs as required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited college/university.
• Active Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Texas.
• Two years of physical therapy experience in a hospital or health system.
• BLS certified and valid Texas Driver License.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Administer interventions to improve function and mobility.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and discharge plans in the EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
• Assist PT Director with department operations and program development.
