Job summary

Townsen Memorial Health System is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, and provide evidence-based PT services to restore function, improve mobility, relief pain, and reduce limitations from injury, illness, or surgery.

You will collaborate with the Physical Therapy Director, physicians, and an interdisciplinary care team to develop individualized treatment plans that promote optimal outcomes and compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Texas as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum two years PT experience in a hospital/health system.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer and adjust PT interventions to improve function.
• Document evaluations, progress, and discharge plans in EMR.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team for care coordination.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
