Job summary

Belton Regional Medical Center is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence after illness, injury, or surgery. You will evaluate needs, develop personalized plans with physicians and the care team, and deliver evidence-based interventions to restore movement and reduce pain.

You will monitor progress, document outcomes, educate patients and families on exercises and safety, and collaborate across disciplines for cohesive, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy required.
• Current Missouri PT license or temporary license.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patient abilities and developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team.
• Delivering evidence-based interventions that restore movement, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life.
• Monitoring progress, refining therapy plans, and ensuring accurate documentation of outcomes.

Education

Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (preferred)
