Job summary

Riverview Health in Noblesville, IN seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to plan, organize, and administer a prescribed therapy program to restore function and reduce pain for patients with injuries and disabilities.

You will assess patient conditions, implement evidence-based protocols, and educate patients and families while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to maximize outcomes and return to daily activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Physical Therapy is required or equivalent.
• Indiana license eligible to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Review physician's prescription, patient's condition and records to determine PT treatment.
• Test and measure strength, motor development, sensory perception, functional capacity and record findings.
• Implement evidence-based protocols including manual therapies and assistive devices; document treatments.
• Evaluate treatment effects, adjust plan to maximize benefit, prepare progress notes.
• Educate patients and families about care, signs, and discharge planning.
• Orient and supervise support staff and students as appropriate.
• Comply with departmental policies and attendance requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
