The Weston Group is a therapist-owned provider delivering evidence-based, person-centered geriatric care in Georgia. We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to partner with patients on their journey to restore motion and achieve personal best function.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy curriculum.
• Licensed to practice physical therapy in the state practicing by the Board of Physical Therapy.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and meet patients' goals and needs.
• Offer cost-effective treatments to improve motion and mobility.
• Reduce need for medications and provide non-surgical options.
• Develop care plans using diverse treatment techniques.
• Create fitness and wellness programs tailored to patients' needs.
• Provide evidence-based, quality care and proven interventions.
• Motivate patients to optimize function during treatment.
• Promote healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Consult with other health professionals as needed.
• Evaluate effects, monitor progress, and document care services.
