PRN Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy, an affiliate of The Weston Group, is seeking a part-time or per-visit Physical Therapist to partner with patients on restoring motion and maximizing personal function.

The role splits time between Moreau and Wilton facilities, NY, focusing on evidence-based, patient-centered geriatric therapy and preventative care to improve quality of life and movement potential.

Formación

• Must be graduate of an accredited physical therapy curriculum.
• Licensed to practice physical therapy in the state of New York.
• Part-time or per-visit availability.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and meet patients' goals and needs.
• Provide cost-effective treatments to improve motion and mobility.
• Develop care plans using various techniques and modalities.
• Create fitness and wellness programs tailored to patients' needs.
• Document patient care services and monitor progress.
