Job summary

Renaissance Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in University City seeks compassionate Physical Therapists to join our Rehab Team on a PRN basis. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate with the care team to optimize outcomes.

You will supervise PTAs and students, and collaborate with other disciplines to meet residents' needs. A PA license and CAPTE-approved education are required to provide quality care to our community.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Licensed in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop an individualized plan of care based on initial evaluation findings.
• Identify needs for referrals to other disciplines to address patient needs.
• Provide supervision for Physical Therapist Assistants, students, and support staff per state rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned to provide quality resident care.
