Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will be a part of a growing team, assisting in treating patients according to individualized plans of care developed by Physical Therapists.

You’ll help implement treatment programs, document patient responses, and communicate with the Physical Therapist, Director of Rehab, and facility staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients by following individualized plans of care developed by Physical Therapists.
• Support the development and implementation of physical therapy treatment programs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director of Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
