Utah Physical Therapy in West Haven, UT is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team on a PRN basis. Qualifications

• PT: Degree in Physical Therapy (MPT, MSPT, or DPT) from an accredited program.
• PTA: Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Utah PT or PTA license, or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification for Healthcare Professionals or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Proficiency with EMR and basic computer applications expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services to improve mobility and manage pain.
• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans (PT) or implement plans under supervision (PTA).
• Deliver therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility training.
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and communicate changes to providers.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and use of therapy equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinic staff for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate EMR records and clinic documentation.
• Support a clean, safe clinical environment and HIPAA compliance.
• Participate in continuing education and clinic initiatives focused on quality care.
