Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid or pending State Physical Therapy License.

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate, review, and screen patients' medical charts, develop treatment plans per physician orders.
• Implement treatment plans and educate team members, including supervising PTAs.
• Attend and lead interdisciplinary meetings, relay clinical findings, and conduct staff/family training.
