Job summary

Houston Medical Center - AMG Specialty Hospital seeks a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate rehabilitation potential, set realistic goals, and design individualized treatment plans that align with patient tolerance and functional capacity.

The PT will provide treatments per policy, maintain quality patient care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes. Texas license and BLS required; English proficiency essential, additional languages valued.

Qualifications

• Maintains a current Physical Therapy License in Texas.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Additional languages desirable.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate a patient’s rehabilitation potential, establish realistic goals, and plan and administer a treatment program that meets the patient’s functional capacity.
• Deliver Physical Therapy treatments per established policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
