Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains clinical knowledge and acts as a Clinical instructor.
• Ensures safety for employees and patients in daily activities.
• Supports community education and outreach to raise awareness of clinical expertise.
• Evaluates and re-evaluates patients; creates and adjusts individualized treatment plans.
• Documents accurately and timely in EMR; bills correctly.
• Educates patients and caregivers and provides discharge planning.
