Job summary

The role requires a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (preferred) and ability to work with a team in a fast-paced setting. Shift is days and weekends; generous benefits apply from day one. Entry-level pay starts at $33.67/hr.

Qualifications

• Experience with clinical instruction and patient safety.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, physicians, nurses, and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services per plan and document progress.
• Establish, implement and adjust treatment plans and goals.
• Educate patients and caregivers about discharge and home programs.
• Maintain safety and compliance with standards.
• Supervise PT assistants and rehabilitation aides.
• Maintain productivity and schedule as required.
