Job summary

Life Care Centers of America seeks a Physical Therapist to provide direct rehab care upon physician referral in accordance with all applicable laws and Life Care standards. Responsibilities include following treatment plans, evaluating care by PTAs and Rehab Aides, documenting accurately, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The candidate should be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program and licensed in the state with CPR certification required at hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy.
• Current state license in good standing.
• 1 year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
• CPR certification upon hire and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Follow PT treatment plans for patients.
• Oversee and evaluate care by PTAs and Rehab Aides.
• Chart appropriately and timely; use therapy software.
• Communicate on an interdisciplinary team; provide excellent customer service.
