Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (ASPT).
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State and maintain active license.
• One year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
• CPR certification by hire or during orientation and kept current.

Responsibilities

• Follow physical therapy treatment plans under supervising PT.
• Chart appropriately and timely.
• Utilize therapy software appropriately and accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
• Participate in patient safety, attendance, and teamwork on an interdisciplinary team.
