Job summary

Concentra, Inc. in Orlando, FL, invites a licensed Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative services for disabled, injured and diseased patients in a dedicated center.

You will follow Concentra’s Injury Process Management and rehabilitation philosophy to promote occupational health and patient recovery. Responsibilities include direct patient care, evaluating physical problems, coordinating with the care team, thorough documentation, and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Masters’ Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality patient care across clinical settings.
• Evaluate muscle, skeletal, neurological and other physical problems.
• Coordinate treatment with multidisciplinary teams.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance policies and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with staff, physicians and patients to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain patient care records and write reports.
