Concentra, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist in Ocala, FL to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services within our occupational medicine framework.

You will evaluate patients, design and implement therapy plans, and work closely with physicians to ensure optimal outcomes. You will educate patients on prescribed exercises and home programs, document care thoroughly, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid PT degree from an accredited program.
• MS degree is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills required.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care and evaluate muscle, skeletal, neurological and other physical problems.
• Plan, design, implement and interpret physical therapy treatment programs to aid recovery.
• Document patient care accurately and timely to support quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and other staff to ensure integrated, high-quality care.
• Educate patients on exercises, supports, and home programs to maximize independence.
