Concentra, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist to perform supervisory duties, evaluate patients, and help improve motor function and daily living activities in line with Concentra’s rehabilitation philosophy in occupational medicine.

The role involves direct patient care, documentation, and coordination with medical staff to ensure high-quality service and outcomes. A Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy is required; a Master’s is preferred, with eligibility for licensure as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care and perform direct patient evaluations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary treatment and ensure proper documentation of patient care.
• Maintain professional standards and comply with quality assurance policies and applicable regulations.
