Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred).
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient condition and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Instruct nursing staff and families on follow-through programs.
• Communicate patient progress to the supervisor and document daily activities.
• Document care in compliance with regulatory and payer requirements.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe, clean condition.
