Job summary

Decatur County Healthcare in Parsons, TN invites a PRN Physical Therapist to join its in-house rehab program. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients with physical functioning disorders, including wound care, and develop individualized care plans within regulatory and clinical standards.

Open to PTs at all experience levels, including new grads. This role requires standing and walking, occasional lifting, and collaboration with families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• PT license required to practice.
• New grads welcome and open to all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical disorders and wounds; develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled treatments; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform discharge summaries and provide counseling to patients and families.
• Assist with ambulation, exercises, modalities and wound care as prescribed.
