Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in GA required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Previous Skilled Nursing/Long-term Care PT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PT services aligning with clinical standards and best practices.
• Document patient progress accurately in medical records.
