Job summary

Brushy Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized plans, and work with physicians, families, and staff to maximize mobility and independence.

This role offers competitive pay of $45-$50 per hour, flexible PRN scheduling, and opportunities within the largest post-acute care network in South Carolina.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Proficiency with Net Health and PCC (PCC) preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services per physician orders.
• Assess mobility, strength, balance, and endurance.
• Document accurately and timely to meet regulations.
• Educate residents and families on plans and home programs.
