Job summary

Rancho Bellagio Post Acute in Moreno Valley, CA is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team, evaluating residents, developing plans, and providing evidence-based therapy.

You will collaborate with physicians and nursing staff, educate residents and families, and maintain accurate documentation while upholding high patient-care standards. Must hold CA license; SNF/post-acute experience preferred; flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current California Physical Therapist License in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Skilled Nursing Facility or Post-Acute experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Ability to work independently while thriving as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating residents' physical abilities and rehabilitation needs
• Developing individualized treatment plans
